Yellowtwig Dogwood has attractive yellow branches in winter. Flat-topped clusters of white flowers in late spring lead to white berries in early fall, and light green summer leaves turn purple in late fall.
Vigorous growing shrub tolerating many soil and light conditions. Very fibrous root system aids in control of soil erosion. Since young stems are the most colourful, pruning stems three or more years old to the ground will provide good winter colour.
