The plant I want is out of stock, what do I do?

If the plant you want is out of stock you can subscribe for back in stock notifications and our team will let you know when it's back in stock or if we can source one for you.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes.

 

To cancel or update your order, please contact us and provide your order number (found on your order confirmation email or text message) and your name. If you're updating your order, please also include details about the changes you'd like to make.

 

Cancelling or updating a delivery order

If you'd like to cancel or update a delivery order, you must do so 48 hours before your order goes out for delivery. Otherwise, we cannot cancel or update your order.

Where do I pickup my order?

Orders are available for pickup Tuesday-Sunday from 1-6PM at our stackt market location a 28 Bathurst. We are across from Farm Boy on Bathurst and north of the bridge.

Will I be notified when my order is ready for pickup?

Yes.

We send out notifications via email once your order is ready. Sometimes these notifications end up in your spam folder so you'll want to check there if you don't see anything in your inbox.

When will my order be ready?

If you'd like to add any items to your local delivery order, contact us and we'll help ensure those items are added.

How long do I have to pick up my order?

Please pickup your order within 5 days. If not it will be restocked and you will receive a store credit to repurchase the item.

As plants are a living product we don't want to keep them set aside too long without proper care.

Is everything on your website available in store?

We have a small store Downtown Toronto that carries a wide variety of plants. From time to time we offer plants online only because of limited space.

Plant Delivery in Toronto

Does Promise Supply offer local delivery?

Yes we do! Promise Supply delivers plants in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area.

Does Promise Supply ship plants across Canada?

We do not ship plants because we want every plant to arrive at our customers in the best possible condition.

Right now we only offer standard rates for Local Delivery in Toronto and special rates for deliveries in the Golden Horseshoe.

How much is plant delivery in Toronto

Local Delivery depends on the size of your oder and where you are located.

We deliver anywhere in Toronto for $20 flat rate. The rate goes down to $10 for if your order is over $300.

If your postal code doesn't start with M we may need to charge you $0.75 per additional KM outside of our core delivery zone.

How long will I want to have my plants delivered?

We deliver plants at least once a week, usually on Tuesdays. Depending on order volume we may offer additional delivery dates.

Our team will reach out with 2 business days at most to confirm your delivery.

How do I request local delivery?

You will be asked to indicate if you'd like local delivery during the checkout process. At that time, we will ask for your delivery address and other information we need to get your order to you.
