Ordering Plants Online
Can I order over the phone?
Yes! Call or text us during the day from 12PM-6PM at (647) 957-8291.
If we miss your call, leave us a voicemail or text us, provide your name and information about what you're looking for, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
How long will it take to get my order?
Pickup Orders: Assuming the items you're ordering are in-stock, we can have your items ready for pickup within 24-48 hours. That said, when order volume is high, it can take from 2-4 days to get your order ready.
Delivery Orders: Delivery orders typically take up to 7 days to fulfill. Once we receive your order, our team will reach out (within 48 hours) to coordinate a delivery date.
The plant I want is out of stock, what do I do?
If the plant you want is out of stock you can subscribe for back in stock notifications via the product page, and we will let you know when it's back or if we can source one for you!
Can I cancel or change my order?
To cancel or update your order, please contact us and provide your order number (found on your order confirmation email or text message) and your name. If you're updating your order, please also include details about the changes you'd like to make.
Pickup Orders: Can be cancelled/updated prior to pickup. Not applicable for special-order plants.
Delivery Orders: If you'd like to cancel or update a delivery order, you must do so 48 hours before your order is scheduled for delivery.

Where do I pickup my order?
Orders are ready for Pickup during business hours at our 2108 Dundas St. West shop, unless otherwise specified by our team.
Will I be notified when my order is ready for pickup?
Yes!
We send out notifications via email once your order is ready. Sometimes these notifications end up in your spam folder so you'll want to check there if you don't see anything in your inbox.

How long do I have to pick up my order?
We request that orders are picked up within 5 business days.
This is to ensure customers receive the freshest plants possible, and to allow for proper care and handling (while preventing overcrowding and ensuring product availability for all our customers)!
Orders not picked up are restocked and refunded via store credit per our policy.

Is everything on your website available in store?
Almost everything!
We have a small store Downtown Toronto that carries a wide variety of plants. However, sometimes plants listed online aren't in-store, but instead come directly from Growers.
You can always contact us to check if a plant listed online is currently in-store.

Does Promise Supply offer local delivery?
Yes we do! Promise Supply delivers plants in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area.
Does Promise Supply ship plants across Canada?
We do not ship plants because we want every plant to arrive at our customers in the best possible condition.
Right now we only offer standard rates for Local Delivery in Toronto and special rates for deliveries in the Golden Horseshoe.
How much is plant delivery in Toronto
Local Delivery depends on the size of your order and where you are located.
We deliver anywhere in Toronto for a $20 flat rate.
We also offer delivery within some of the surrounding GTA, with a 50$ minimum purchase.
To inquire about deliveries beyond our radius, please contact us for a quote. All addresses beyond our typical radius are subject to $0.75 per additional KM outside of our core delivery zone.
What days do you offer delivery?
We deliver most small-medium orders via courier from Tuesday-Sunday.
We deliver larger (5'+) plants at least once a week, usually on Saturdays. Depending on order volume we may offer additional delivery dates.
Our team will reach out with 2 business days at most to offer the next available date and confirm your choice.
How do I request local delivery?
You will be asked to indicate if you'd like local delivery during the checkout process. At that time, we will ask for your delivery address and other information we need to get your order to you.
How do I add something to my local delivery order?
If you'd like to add any items to your local delivery order, contact us and we'll help ensure those items are added.
