Pickup & Local Delivery

We offer both pickup and local delivery to give you more convenient shopping options.

Pickup

With our pickup options, you can order online, over the phone or over email and we'll bring your order out to you, whether you're walking or driving.

Pickup orders typically take 2 to 4 business days to prepare. Once we receive your order, our team will reach out to you (typically within 48 hours) to coordinate a pickup time.

Occasionally things take longer than expected because we need to bring fresh plants in from the greenhouse. We will do our best to let you know when there are unexpected delays.

Re-stocking Your Plant Pickup Order After 7 Days

Because plants are perishable, we give you 7 days to pickup your plant order from the date you receive your Ready for Pickup notification before we re-stock your items and convert your purchase to a gift card. If this happens with your order, you can repurchase the same plants using your gift card, or you are free to buy something different. We do not provide refunds for orders which are not picked up.

    COVID-19 and Curbside Pickup

    We ask that you do the following when you come to pickup your order:

    • Please sanitize your hands
    • Please wear a mask
    • Please maintain social distancing

    Local Delivery

    With local delivery, you can order online, over the phone or over email and we can deliver your order right to your door.

    To be eligible for local delivery you must live within our delivery zones near one of our locations. If you have any questions about delivery, please contact us.

    Delivery orders typically take 7 to 10 business days to deliver. Once we receive your order, our team will reach out (typically within 48 hours) to coordinate a delivery time. Sometimes we can deliver items faster, but we cannot make any promises.

    Occasionally things take longer than expected because we need to bring fresh plants in from the greenhouse. We will do our best to let you know when there are unexpected delays.
