Yellow Foxglove is a clump-forming perennial featuring striking spikes of tubular, creamy-yellow flowers, each about 2 inches (5 cm) long, with brown-speckled throats.
Best treated as a short-lived perennial. Remove spent flowers to improve appearance and to prevent seeds from spreading. Allow a few seeds to germinate.
Best grown in average to medium moisture, in a well-drained soil, in partial shade. Can tolerate full sun with adequate moisture. Due to the sturdy stems, plants rarely require staking.
Caution: All parts of digitalis, if ingested, can cause illness.
