Light: Bright indirect light which means don't put it in that really hot window.
Water: Water it thoroughly when the top inch or two of soil is dry, this could be as little as every 14 days in the winter and as often as every 7 days. Better to be under than over with the water.
Humidity: Unlike other Ficus family members it is okay with normal humdity.
