A distinctive, deciduous tree with fan-shaped leaves that turn a brilliant yellow in the fall. Ginkgo are the only surviving members of a group of ancient plants believed to have inhabited the earth up to 150 million years ago. It also has many medicinal qualities. 

Grows best in full to partial sun and well draining soil.
