The Lowbush Blueberry features clusters of white flowers that give way to small, sweet dark blue fruit, ripening in mid to late summer. Its glossy blue-green leaves provide a lush appearance throughout the season, transitioning to rich purple tones in the fall for added visual interest.
Native to Ontario.
Blueberry plants grow best in an acidic, well-drained, moist soil, in full sun or partial shade. Prune soon after fruiting to ensure subsequent fruit production.
