ZZ Plant: Zamioculcas Zamiifolia 14" Nursery Pot
Note: Plants and pots sold separately, unless stated otherwise.
A low-maintenance plant for those who want reliable greenery with a good capacity for growth.
Also called the Zanzibar Gem or Zulu Plant, ZZ’s are a highly resilient plant with origins in the arid climates of Eastern and Southern Africa. ZZ plants grow glossy leaves that sprout in a neat and regular pattern, which can grow to a modest height and spread of 2-3 feet.
Because of their ability to flourish in almost any conditions, ZZ plants are especially suitable for those with minimal plant care experience or time. Largely self-maintaining, these plants are drought-resistant and tolerate low-lighting well, although indirect sunlight will promote the most growth. Additionally, ZZ plants can be propagated from a single leaf - making them ideal for sharing.
Among the list of NASA approved air-purifying plants, ZZ plants have the added benefit of soaking up toxins from the air you’re breathing. With a name meaning prosperity or friendship, they live up to their reputation as a tried and true companion. A casual reminder to be adaptable and go with the flow, ZZ plants are a lovely, easy-care addition to your space.
