The Fiddle Leaf Fig is an interior design staple displayed hundreds of times in Architectural Digest. It is also the unofficial plant of the French fashion house CELINE. Native to Western Africa, the Ficus lyrata can be found from Cameroon to Sierra Leone, where it grows in humid tropical rainforests. This XL Fiddle Fig is grown in the Column style, its leaves sprouting all the way up the trunk.
Care:
Bright indirect light: Place in bright room. Not in South-facing window.
Water when top 2 inches are dry: Maximum weekly (in Summer), minimum biweekly (in Winter)
Maintain high humidity: 40-60% (if your skin is dry don't expect it to be happy)

Humidity Requirements: This plant loves extra humidity. A humidifier, frequent misting or shower is a great way to increase humidity.
Water Requirements: Maintain a regular watering schedule to keep the soil moist but not wet or saturated. Once a week is good. Overwatering may cause root rot.
Fertilization Requirements: Fertilize this plant every few weeks during growing season. Cutback to once every 1 to 2 months in winter.
