Our team delivers plants at least once a week in our climate controlled sprinter. The longest you would wait for a plant would be 7-10 days. If you need your plant delivered sooner contact us. If your postal code starts with M (Toronto addresses) we offer a $20 flat rate delivery. For people outside of Toronto we provide a distance based pricing.
Unfortunately we don't ship plants to customers at this time.

Plants that are available for pre-order are either:
1. Really popular so we make sure to always offer them for sale because we can get them in easily
2. Are only available seasonally so we try to help as many customers as possible get the plant they are looking for when it is available
3. Are available to us at a discounted price point that we want to pass on to consumers.
If you change your mind you can always receive a store credit. If your plant is delayed you can always receive a refund via original payment method.

Watering the Ficus benghalensis should be done regularly, allowing the top inch of soil to dry out between waterings. It is important to avoid overwatering, as it can lead to root rot. Maintaining a consistent humidity level, preferably between 50-60%, is beneficial for this plant. Misting the leaves or using a humidifier can help achieve the desired humidity. Lastly, occasional pruning to remove dead or damaged leaves and shaping the tree can be done to maintain its desired appearance. Water: When Half Dry
Water once approx. half of the soil has dried out. You can test using your finger, a chopstick, or a moisture meter — the middle of the pot should feel dry before watering. Allowing 50–70% of the soil to dry promotes strong roots and balanced growth.
Watering needs change with light, humidity, and season. Plants dry faster in bright light or summer, slower in winter. Always water thoroughly until it drains, but never let roots sit in standing water. We recommend well-draining soil and pots with drainage holes (or a nursery pot inside a cover pot).
Sun: Bright Light
This plant prefers bright light with a bit of direct sun daily. Perfect for South, East, or West-facing windows. If your space is dimmer, consider a grow light. In Spring–Summer, place it outdoors in partial sun and shade.
Humidity: Moderate
This plant requires moderate humidity. Most households should be fine at around 30-40%. It will be happy with more as well.
