Bombshell Hydrangea has white florets in flattened balls that emerge white with pink eyes. Flowers turn pink, then brown in the fall. A compact form of Peegee Hydrangea with a bloom time of July to September.
Most cultivars thrive in full sun to partial shade as long as they have adequate moisture and a rich, well-drained soil. Blooms on new wood, prune in late winter or early spring.
