Peperomia obtusifolia: Variegated Baby Rubber in 4" Nursery Pot

Note: Plants and pots sold separately, unless stated otherwise.

The Peperomia Obtusifolia is a variety of Peperomia commonly referred to as The Baby or American Rubber Plant. Originally from South America's rainforests, it has nothing to do with rubber production. It isn't in the same family as the "Rubber Plant" Ficus elastic. Instead, it is part of a massive family of peperomia.

Light: Partly sunny spaces are ideal for these plants; if it isn't getting enough sun, the variegated leaves will become greener.

Water: Water when dry and sparingly. You are far more likely to overwater this plant than under. Water infrequently, monthly in the winter and every other week in the spring/summer.

Humidity: This plant is fine with normal humidity but you shouldn't be surprised if it doesn't like being directly in front of a vent
