Shamrock Inkberry has greenish-white flowers with glossy dark green leaves. Black berry-like drupes mature in early fall and persist throughout the winter. Bloom time is spring!

Inkberry grow best in a slightly acidic, slightly moist, well-drained soil, in full sun to partial shade. This type makes an excellent evergreen hedge, as it prunes well. Will tolerate a wet soil and one male inkberry plant will effectively pollinate up to six female plants.
